Julian Merluzzi

Julian Merluzzi is a Chicago based drummer and percussionist who has experience playing in many genres including jazz, funk, rock, folk, and latin. Whatever the musical situation may be, he brings the positively and focus needed to keep the audience dancing. Julian is currently in the jazz studies program at DePaul University under the direction of Professor Dana Hall. Through his studies at DePaul, he has seen what it means to be a good mentor and promises to pass on that tradition through the music. With a focus on inspiration, healthy practice, and the positive growth mindset, he believes that anyone can achieve their desired goals.
